Completed in 2018, this custom-built penthouse is perched atop the Manhattan skyline, providing breathtaking views from its private rooftop—an exclusive escape in the heart of the bustling city. The stunning scenery includes the fully tiled Chester Skimmer Pool (5’7” x 22’4”) and Spa (5’0” x 5’0”). Renowned DHD Architects designed the project, and The Toll Brothers oversaw its completion as the general contractors. Chester was executed under a Design-Build Contract, ensuring a seamless execution of design and construction.
