Placed in service in the summer of 2009, One Lincoln Denver is a high-rise apartment building boasting it spectacular views. Chester served as the design-build pool contractor, delivering a 15' x 40' C-60 Infinity Edge pool and custom spa fabricated off-site. The pool includes an LED lighting package with color-changing controls, making this rooftop amenity a showstopper for tenants. This project was one of the many unique collaborations Chester had with Elkus Manfredi Architects, adding to its distinction.
