The NOPSI Hotel underwent a transformation from the “New Orleans Public Service Inc.” headquarters into a luxurious hotel, preserving its historic architecture. The renovation retained original features like high ceilings and ornate fixtures while adding modern amenities and stylish furnishings. Dining venues and event spaces reflect both historic charm and contemporary elegance. Chester worked with Woodward Design Build to adapt a standard Chester Horizon™ pool to the existing structural supports. Opened in 2017.
