In the year 2016, the 360 Market Square apartments were put into service, occupying the space where the iconic Market Square Arena once stood. During the construction process, Chester, the company responsible for the development, worked closely with the local Health Department to obtain the necessary permits and approvals for the installation the first-ever rooftop stainless pool in Indianapolis. This unique pool boasts a Sundeck, providing residents with a luxurious and relaxing space to soak up the sun. To ensure the pool's durability and longevity, Chester utilized their proprietary Chester Aquabond™ liner to line the Chester Horizon™ pool.
