The Last Hotel in St. Louis, MO showcases its elegance and intricate design, representing a transformation of the International Shoe Company that first opened its doors in 1909. As the design-build pool contractor for Panzica Construction, Chester successfully delivered a 12' x 60' C-60 skimmer pool, which was fabricated and tested off-site. The pool features an Aquabond PVC liner finish along with tile at the waterline. A huge thank you to Hartshorne Plunkard for their exceptional preservation and restoration of this remarkable building.
