Residents of Landmark West Loop enjoy a refined lifestyle, situated near the University of Illinois and Google headquarters offering a luxurious experience from start to finish. As the design-build pool contractor, Chester constructed a 14' x 33' C-60 Horizon pool and a 9' x 10' spa, both fabricated off-site with exquisite finishes. The pool features an LED lighting system with color-changing controls and an automatic cover housed in a custom watertight enclosure. This project is one of many distinctive collaborations between Chester and Bovis Lend Lease.
