Completed in 2020, Journal Squared Phase 1 boasts an impressive 100,000 SF of amenity space, setting a new standard for living in Jersey City. Chester took on the role of design-build pool contractor, providing a 16'-9" x 59'-0" C-60 skimmer pool that was fabricated off-site and installed in two sections. Featuring a walk-in stair and a full-length bench, this rooftop pool offers a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. This project highlights another successful collaboration between Chester and the esteemed AJD Construction, and we are thankful for yet another successful venture with such a great contractor!
