Ink Block

Placed in service in the summer of 2015, The Ink Block Development in Boston features a standout common space. Chester served as the design-build pool contractor, delivering a 20' x 30' C-60 skimmer pool fabricated off-site and installed in two sections. The pool includes an LED lighting package with color-changing controls, making this rooftop amenity a showstopper for tenants. This project was one of the many unique collaborations Chester had with Elkus Manfredi Architects, adding to its distinction.
