Hibernia Tower Apartments, completed in 2012, is regarded by many New Orleanians as one of the city's most iconic structures. This historic 23-story landmark, finished in 1921, was once the tallest in Louisiana and served as a navigational guide for vessels on the Mississippi River. Designed by HCI Architects, the building offers residents a unique connection to history. One of its standout features is the stunning rooftop pool, measuring 14'0" x 27'0", complete with a skimmer profile, stainless-steel bullnose coping, and impressive panoramic views of the city. The pool was expertly built off-site and installed by Chester's skilled team.
