Optima Sonoran Village is situated at the intersection of East Camelback Road and 68th Street, providing a prime location for residents and visitors alike. The first phase of the project was completed with the construction of magnificent 7-story apartment building, which boasts 200 units, along with 7,500 square feet of office/ail space and a 20000 square feet of recreational area. As part of this phase, Chester was entrusted with the responsibility of designing and building the spa, cold tub, and 25' x 60' C-60 Horizon.
