65 Private Drive

65 Private Drive was constructed from the ground up and was made available for use during the summer of 2024. This 40-story building was designed to include several pools, which were located on the 6th and 10th floors. The indoor pool on level 6 was built in six sections, along with a wading pool and three spas that were pre-tiled and assembled on-site by Chester Technicians, as per the design provided by the local Aquatectonic consultants. On level 10, there was an outdoor pool that was shipped in two sections, while the indoor spas and wading pools were shipped fully assembled.
