500 Walnut is a high-end residential building that has been put into service and is situated in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. The building offers a luxurious living experience with its stunning views of Independence Hall and a range of top-notch amenities that include robotic garage parking and a rooftop terrace complete with an outdoor fireplace. In collaboration with Integrated Aquatics, Chester has worked on creating a unique and custom gutter for the stainless and tile pool spa combination, which adds to the overall appeal of the building.
