The Pierhouse Hotel, designed by Aquatectonic Architects and completed in Fall 2016, features a uniquely shaped pool constructed off-site and delivered in three sections. Built to NY market standards, the pool is 3/16” stainless steel with tile over heavy steel dunnage, equipped with stainless steel skimmers and imported tile and stonework. Guests enjoy a spectacular view of NYC, Staten Island, and the Brooklyn Bridge.
