The South Loop neighborhood is a bustling area with numerous developments in progress, and among these developments stands the impressive mixed-use residential tower known as 1411 South Michigan Ave. This tower is particularly noteworthy due to its unique combination of residential, retail, and medical office space. The tower was designed and constructed by Lendlease, a renowned company in the field, who enlisted the services of Chester to complete the design and construction of the pool. As part of this process, Chester fabricated the 19 x 48 C-60 Skimmer off-site, which was then transported and installed in two separate sections, showcasing the company's expertise and attention to detail.
