In collaboration with Lend Lease, Chester was engaged to furnish and install a Tuned Sloshing Damper tank. This innovative project involved shop fabrication of the tank and paddle assemblies, meticulously designed and constructed in 304L stainless steel. The tank was fabricated off-site in sections and assembled on-site, featuring baffles, stiffeners, hardware, and access hatches crafted from non-corrosive materials to ensure durability and performance. Additional components included a PVC liner, filtration system, chemical feeder, auto water makeup, and heater. This project highlights Chester’s precision and expertise in delivering specialized solutions for complex engineering challenges.
